There are so many coaches, why should I work with you?
My mission is to help a million women believe in, feel and embrace their worthiness because everyone deserves to live a joyful limitless life without apology for who they are and free from limitations that hold them back, keep them stuck or have them play small.
I am fiercely driven to support highly successful entrepreneurs, like you, who feel disconnected and unfulfilled in life, despite having success. You might have past trauma showing up and sabotaging your success in life and business, you may not, and I'm trained to help you heal from that. But most important is for me to enable you to empower yourself. I am passionate about helping you to really get to know, accept and love yourself, find inner peace, heal yourself from trauma and have complete control over your destiny to live in true alignment to your values.
And you achieve this through my proven coaching methodology where you first take a look at who you have been and Courageously remove your mask to reveal who you truly are. In becoming Consciously Aware, you gain Clarity of the best and limitless version of yourself you want to become and implement new habits and beliefs and finally make Choices towards achieving your limitless life with new found Confidence.
I have been through some horrible life traumas and challenges and survived through adversity. And whilst your own experience of life is yours I am an incredibly intuitive coach with real understanding of pain, upset, loss, trauma - especially around narcissistic abuse, success, happiness and elation and will always offer you a safe place to explore what your limitless life has the potential to be on your terms.

Will I spend all my time going over my past in Coaching sessions?
No.
Coaching is not a type of therapy or counselling. Coaching picks up where therapy or counselling has come to an end and helps you to unlock your own inner power and strength and find your own answers to set your goals to become the best future version of you.
Coaches believe that you are the expert in your own life and within you are all the answers you need.
Coaching is typically about defining and setting goals, getting clear on vision and values, providing a structure, encouraging and supporting, holding a person accountable and is focussed on the future rather than the past.
There may be the need to reflect upon your past to understand limitations and unhelpful habits that are sabotaging your success, holding you back or keeping you stuck. Because I specialise in helping my clients heal from childhood trauma and largely around narcissist abuse we will understand what has happened in order to enable you to move forward with clarity.
If during your onboarding session or later during coaching something comes up for you that I am not experienced enough to support you with I will talk to you and together help you find other professional support as needed. I know my limitations.
In my work I blend Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, Neuroscience, Mentoring and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, as appropriate, and with client’s permission and to find out more about each modality click on the relevant FAQ.

What is Coaching

There are many coaches specialising in various things like Sports, Business and Confidence. A Life Coach works with a client to look at their whole life areas.
In my Coaching I blend a number of modalities and work to help you Transform yourself and work from an holistic approach. You, the client, brings your present self and work towards your future best self.
What's common in all coaching is the aim is to help someone be the absolute best they can be in whatever area is being focussed on ie the best sports person in tennis or golf, a successful business person or super confident.

What is Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy brings together evidence based techniques in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis and Mindfulness.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), pioneered in the 1960's by Dr Aaron Beck, has been studied and demonstrated to be effective in treating psychiatric disorders, psychological problems and medical problems with a psychiatric component. And is widely recognised by the NHS in the UK as effective treatment for anxiety, depression, IBS, anorexia, bulimia, insomnia, phobias, Fibromyaligia.
People can become stuck in negative thinking about themselves, the world around them and the future and CBT helps people evaluate and dispute their negative cognitions, understand and accept their emotions and take positive actions to find more meaningful and practical ways to behave and ultimately change their lives.
What you feel, think and how you behave are all interwoven and CBT helps you to take a step back and assess these.
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to treat conditions or change habits and when combined with CBT, Mindfulness and Relaxation empowers people to facilitate long lasting and positive changes in their lives and is a genuine psychological therapy process.
Stage hypnotists have lead to hypnosis being misunderstood and misrepresented, in fact hypnosis is both natural and powerful and often you will enter a state of deep relaxation and an hypnosis like state at times during your day. During therapy a client is not 'asleep' they enter a deep state of relaxation and are in control throughout.
A hypnotherapists uses hypnosis to guide an individual into a very relaxed state where they are able to access their imagination, deeply focus their attention, become open to positive suggestions and create a new narrative, of their choosing, which leads to the client achieving their goals.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) combined helps you to take control of your thinking, emotions and behaviour and in doing so create positive change in your life.
What is Neurolinguistic Programming?
Neuro Linguistic Programming or as it is more widely known, NLP, is a way of discovering the structure of thinking and abilities that we all have, in particular studying those who are at the top of their game, excellent at what they do in order to understand how they are the best. NLP enables people to understand how they think, what works and how the world works around them so that the results they want can be reproduced consistently.
Neuro Linguistic Programming originated in California in the 70's and was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder.
Neuro refers to the thinking patterns that make up the mental aspect of our strategies. What that means is when information comes into our minds we hold it in either visual, auditory or kinaesthetic ways.
So, in basic terms what is happening in your mind.
Linguistic is the way in which words are used in communication. This is how we communicate with others (external dialogue) and also how we use language on ourselves (internal dialogue). As we become more aware of the type of language we use and others use we begin to understand the effect that certain words and patterns of words can have on us and others.
Linguistics is not just about words; it is also about body language and how you use it.
Programming refers to the strategies we have for getting results. These are the persistent patterns of behaviour which are learnt and repeated, resulting in both good and bad results for us.
Overall, NLP is a way to tap into the wealth of resources we all have inside us to support us to achieve everything that we truly want.
There is excellence in all of us and NLP helps to draw that out so that everyone can do excellence with more consistency.
What is Neuroscience
At its most basic, neuroscience is the study of the nervous system – from structure to function, development to degeneration, in health and in disease. It covers the whole nervous system, with a primary focus on the brain. Incredibly complex, our brains define who we are and what we do. They store our memories and allow us to learn from them.
Our brain cells and their circuits create new thoughts, ideas and movements and reinforce old ones. Their individual connections (synapses) are responsible for a baby’s first steps and every record-breaking athletic performance, with each thought and movement requiring exquisitely precise timing and connections.

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting, a trauma therapy which uses eye positions, the felt sense and relational attunement to help you process experiences and trauma that restrict or control your thoughts and behaviours and the way you relate to yourself and others.
Brainspotting (BSP) uses eye positions to locate neurological patterns in body/brain linked to emotional and physical conditions, whilst tracking sensations in the body.
Healing occurs because of the therapeutic relationship. This therapy works by deep non-verbal listening to the client with the therapist mainly being quiet. The deep listening helps the client with healing of deep attachment wounds.

What’s the investment to work with you?
Investing in yourself is a big step and often something that most people put to the bottom of their list, because they don’t feel worthy.
And I’m not here to tell you that if you are serious about changing then you must invest in yourself, or that my coaching is better than anyone else’s or that you should spend money you don’t have and stick the investment on a credit card. In my opinion that’s pushy and that is not the way I work.
When you invest in coaching it has to be with someone you feel happy with, trust and have rapport. You also have to believe you are worthy of investing that money in yourself.
Because if you spend any money on anything, be it coaching or new shoes, if you don’t feel deserving and worthy then you won’t enjoy the experience be it wearing those new shoes or working with a coach. As a coachee you will likely not get out of coaching what you want.
I do guarantee, with your financial investment, that I will be with you on your journey as you step through your limitations and into your limitless life.

Will you guarantee my results?
No.
Your results are based on the action you take during your sessions and in between times. If you do the work and take purposeful action towards the limitless life you want you will undoubtedly notice changes and hopefully big changes. But results can’t be guaranteed.
What I will guarantee you though is that you’ll have all the support you need to create your limitless life, from the inside out, but it’s down to you to implement the strategy and take action.
